New Student Orientation
Throughout the summer, we are welcoming new students into the Northwood family through multiple summer orientations. Throughout their visit, students and their families are able to learn more about Northwood University and the Northwood Idea.
Students and their guardians are split into different groups throughout the day as they learn about the university from different perspectives.
Parents have the opportunity to hear about student affairs and organizations, university academics and the many resources provided to ensure student success. They also have the ability to listen and ask questions to a panel of current Northwood parents who are more than willing to help and give advice.
During the student’s orientation, they are able to visit and speak with many of the university departments and ascertain how each department can help them on their road to success. They also have the opportunity to learn from staff, faculty and current Northwood students about academic advising, academic offerings and student life. At the end of the day, there are tours available for those who wish to take another look at our beautiful campus.
It is exciting to see so many fresh new faces joining the Northwood family as they start their journey in becoming the future leaders of a global, free-enterprise society.
Have a great weekend!
