A total of $8,000 was awarded to Northwood students at this past week's Bauervic Pitch Competition. A record 20 contestants participated in the competition, which features students pitching their business ideas for the chance to win part of the $5,000 in prize money made available by the Bauervic Foundation. A panel of five business professionals serve as judges for the event.

The competition is held annually on the campus of Northwood University.
